1. Purpose and Use of Data

We collect and process the data you enter and the photos you upload exclusively to:

• Provide the service (display, management and sales functionality of items)
• Improve the user experience and our products and services
• Provide customer service and fraud prevention

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use anonymized and aggregated statistics for internal analysis.

2. Photos and Intellectual Property

You retain the copyright to the photos you upload.

By uploading a photo, you grant Winventorys a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, compress, display the photo within the service and serve it through third parties (such as cloud storage or CDN).

We may create thumbnails or compressed versions for faster display.

3. Storage and Third Parties

Photos may be stored with external, S3-compatible providers (such as Wasabi or Backblaze).

Winventorys remains responsible for the processing.

4. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure data. No system is 100% secure; in case of a data breach, we will report this according to legal obligations.

5. Retention Period

Data and photos are retained as long as your account is active.

When deleting your account or photos, it may take up to 6 months before all backups are permanently deleted.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, data portability and withdraw consent.

7. Age and Prohibited Content

You must be at least 8+ years old to create an account.

You do not upload content that you do not have rights to or that is illegal, offensive or harmful.

Winventorys may remove content and block accounts that violate these rules.

8. Indemnification and Liability

You indemnify Winventorys from claims arising from content you upload.

We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

9. Changes

Winventorys may change this policy. Important changes will be communicated; continued use means agreement.
